Waxing
Hot Waxing

Hot wax, as the name suggests, is wax that is heated between 40-50 degrees celsius. It is then applied to the skin using a wooden spatula. The therapist will wait for the wax to cool and harden before removing it directly, along with the hair. This technique is best used on coarse hair such as, the under arm area and intimate areas.

Warm Waxing

This is your more traditional waxing technique, where warm wax is applied to the skin and the therapist will apply a disposable strip and wait for it to cool. Once cooled the therapist will then remove the strip taking the wax and hair with it. Typically this technique is excellent for larger areas, such as legs, back and arms where the skin is less sensitive and less coarse.

Results from waxing hair removal can last between 4-6 weeks which is typically longer than shaving. Waxing removes the hairs from the root, resulting in a smoother skin surface.
